Each apartment is provided with a designated trash container or bin (usually a small 13-gallon bin or trash can with a lid). This container is to be used only for bagged household waste.
Residents place tied, bagged trash inside the container and set it outside their front door during the approved collection window — usually between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday (or as designated by your community).

Our professional, uniformed Valet Trash attendants will begin collecting trash starting at 8:00 PM. They go door-to-door, pick up all approved trash, and transport it to the community’s on-site dumpsters or compactors.
By the next morning (usually by 7:00 AM), residents are required to bring their containers back inside. Containers should not be left outside during the day.
